Figure 1004 union is designed to work at the following pressures: Standard service: 10.000 psi cwp (690 bar), Sour gas service: 7.500 psi cwp (517 bar). Butt Weld Unions that utilize lip type elastomer seals similar to those fitted into the smaller unions.
